Trash Talk is band that most people either remember for their music or because their name rhymes with “Thrash Walk,” which is something you can do at any of their live shows. For me, they remind me of my deepest darkest secret. One time I told a joke that I stole from A.D. Miles’s character on the short-lived show Dog Bites Man. The joke was to pick up a piece of trash, make it insult someone, and then say, “Oh, just a little trash talk.”
Tiny Mix Tapes is a place where all sins are forgiven, though, and I’m glad to get that off my chest. I’m also happy to share the tour dates for Trash Talk’s upcoming tour, where they will be joined by Bay Area rapper Antwon and Detroit producer Black Noise. Let’s work on being better people, and we can start by doing our own thrash walk at an upcoming Trash Talk show.
